Bulgarian Tennis Youngster - Chance of a Lifetime

Opportunities like this don't come very often, but this young Bulgarian tennis player has come up trumps with the opportunity, but will have to cause a major upset. It won't happen though, but you never know. If it does, Bulgarian will make it another day in the year to add the yearly calander of celebrations. As if they didn't have enough already.

After receiving a lucky wildcard for the first top ranking hard court tennis tournament of the year, Bulgaria's young talent Grigor Dimitrov has already put down his mark, beating the 23rd ranked player in the world Tomas Berdych.
The 17-year-old Dimitrov will probably now get the chance of his career so far, a match up with superstar world number 1, Rafael Nadal, who is fresh off his victory in the first Grand Slam of the year in Australia.
In the first Masters tournament of the year in Rotterdam, Holland, Dimitrov defeated Tomas Berdych of the Czech Republic 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 in the first round, moving ahead to likely take on Nadal in the 1/8 finals. Now Nadal has to secure what is a simple victory on paper, in his match against Simone Bolelli of Italy in the first round.
Grigor Dimitrov is currently ranked 478th in the world and will definitely enter the top 400 next week after this performance.
