The top brass in Bulgaria’s capital city Sofia has taken it upon them to fall in line with other western European countries and cater the cyclist. They have gone to great pains to design and implement bicycle lanes dedicated to the cyclist. Unfortunately this is Bulgaria and uniformity and order in roads and pathways just are not understood, least of al from the bicycle lane system put in place.
